Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Occupancy: Guests must strictly adhere to the agreed-upon number of occupants. Exceeding this limit results in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit.
• Security Deposit: A deposit via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or cash (USD/Mexican Pesos) is required upon arrival and is released after inspection.
• Policies: No pets are allowed. Unauthorized usage, such as parties or non-residential purposes, is prohibited and may lead to immediate eviction.
• General Terms: No refunds are provided for early departures. Guests are responsible for their own safety and are encouraged to obtain travel insurance due to the hurricane evacuation policy.
