• Occupancy: Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon number of occupants; exceeding this limit results in immediate vacation of the premises and loss of security deposit.
• Security Deposit: A deposit via credit card or cash (USD/MXN) is required upon arrival and released after inspection.
• Policies: No parties or non-residential usage are permitted. No refunds are provided for early departures or natural disasters/hurricanes. Guests are responsible for their own safety and are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
