Picture ID (Passport/Driver's License) may be required prior to check-in. #1 Locals must communicate with us prior booking and disclosing ages of every guest staying at the property if not provided within 24hrs prior check in it could lead to the cancellation of the booking with no refund #2 no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation #3 guests must inform estimated time of arrival as well as departure. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation #4 to exceed the number of guests could lead to the cancellation of the booking with no refund at any time #5 Guests must follow city state rules and regulations, which might be obvious but none the less include the prohibition of the use of drugs #6 you agree to know and agree to following fees: a) smoking: 200usd for each day you are in the apartment smoking, this is not permitted b) late checkout: $50usd late checkout fee when unauthorized, if it passes 2hrs it will be $200usd without awarding possession for the following night, it is just a penalty for holding possession beyond current reservation because it might affect following reservations and it also costs money to have the house keeping team waiting around, financial costs that you will also have to cover. Passing the 2hrs timeframe are grounds for local enforcement and removal from the property, it will be immediately considered trespassing upon the violation of this house rule c) lost keys: 150usd to replace keys and locks as of lost keys #7 you ensure you have a crime free record and won’t carry any weapons to the property, this property requires for no matter what length of time a criminal background check and Airbnb blacklist check. If it comes back with negative feedback, reservation will be cancelled with no refund #8 Security cameras are located are facing exterior premises to protect the house, please don’t manipulate them, a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund #9 If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on Airbnb or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience #10 excessively dirty property requires a deep cleaning fee; this is when the house is extremely dirty beyond to what a courteous guest will normally leave a home in. Some examples of this are leaving pots and pans dirty, excessive amount of trash, stains in the floor or walls. The fee for this type of cleaning is $100usd #11 only the person who books the property is allows doing the check in #12 by booking this property you agree with all terms and service on Airbnb which includes having a valid phone number register on your account #13 all undeclared guests will have an extra cost of $50usd per night, even if the cap of the property has been reached. Guest approves the extra charge of this house rule. #14 Your Host has prepared all appliances and amenities for your responsible use. In the rare event that appliance malfunctions, please report it we will correct it as soon as possible, no modification on the stay will be unilaterally done by any of the parties involve until malfunction has been asses by our technician. We are not a hotel and OTA’s understand each property has different rules and those are accepted by OTA and guest when booking was confirmed #15 in the very rare occasion of an agreed refund, because we are humans and mistakes can happen, it will be programmed to be done 16 days after checkout day #16 do not manipulate the electricity breaks from the control outlets unless it its instructed #17 if you require a baby crib, a high chair or any other amenity please let us know as soon as you make your reservation so we can make it happen, if you do it at the very last minute we can’t promise it will happen as it may be in use at another property #18 only for the properties with gas supply and stays over a week, in the rare event that there’s a need for a gas recharge guest would be responsible after the one provided by host is finished. We will do the arrangements with vendor (around $35usd) #19 bathrooms and other amenities will be provided only once at check in #20 if a pet is allowed in the property, it can't be playing or sleeping on furniture, if so rule #10 will apply. #21 if your property has an Honor Bar there are 4 alcohol bottles for guest convenience, each one at a cost of $50usd, if guest did not report the consumption but there is one or more missing each one will be charge without an extra agreement from guest after check out
