The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to six guests. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom featuring two Twin beds, and an additional guest bedroom also equipped with two Twin beds. To ensure a restful stay, the bedrooms are situated toward the back of the condo and are dressed with luxury linens. There are two bathrooms available for guests.

Designed for relaxation and socializing, the condo features an open living area anchored by a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer great views. For dining and meal preparation, the fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, complemented by a separate dining table.

House Rules:
1. Property Management: The property is managed and rented by Frias Properties of Aspen Snowmass, LLC ("FPAS"). FPAS acts as an agent for the owner of the unit, and is not liable for any illness, injury, damage to the guest, their party, or loss of property.
2. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to the unit, and costs for repairs may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card on file.
3. Smoking and Pets: Smoking and pets are not allowed. Violations of these policies will result in a minimum charge of $500 per night.
4. Incidental Charges: Guests will be responsible for incidental charges, including laundry, shipping, and other services.
5. Keys: All keys must be returned at check-out. A charge of $25 will apply for any unreturned keys.
6. Real Estate Showings: Guests agree to allow real estate showings with a 24-hour notice.
7. Service Animals: Service animals must be documented with completed paperwork prior to arrival. Any damage caused by a service animal will result in a minimum $500 fee for cleaning or repairs.
8. Housekeeping Services: Guests will receive housekeeping services every other day. Economy and standard rental guests will receive trash and towel service, while deluxe and luxury rental guests will receive full housekeeping. Reservations of 6 nights or more will receive a mid-stay linen change.
9. Check-in/Check-out: Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated. If a guest stays beyond check-out time, FPAS reserves the right to charge a fee up to the total nightly rate. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules.
10. Check‑in may be completed either in person at our office or through optional online check‑in. Online check‑in includes signing a policy acknowledgment and providing a credit card for optional extra services; these are not required for in‑person check‑in.
