For those who love the outdoors, the area is especially wonderful on Sundays when streets are closed to cars and reserved exclusively for walking and biking.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. The complex does not provide on-site parking or agreements with local lots. As Mexico City is one of the world’s largest cities, some outside noise is to be expected.

House Rules: This apartment is exclusively for vacation rentals. Parties, gatherings, and the use of the space for storage or merchandise are strictly prohibited. Smoking is forbidden inside the building but permitted on the rooftop (available 10am to 10pm) or private terraces. Please adhere to noise levels: moderate after 10pm (Sun-Thu), 12am (Fri-Sat), and 1am on major holidays. Violation of these rules may result in penalties, including power outages or fines. Lost or damaged magnetic cards incur a $500.00mxn fee.
