House Rules: This property is exclusively for vacation rentals. Parties, gatherings, and the use of the apartment for storage or merchandise are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of noise levels: tolerable noise is required after 10 PM (Sun-Thu), 12 AM (Fri-Sat), and 1 AM on major holidays. Violations of house rules may result in penalties, including power outages or eviction. The building does not provide on-site parking. A fee of $500 MXN applies for lost or damaged magnetic keys.
