House Rules: This apartment is exclusively for vacation rentals. Parties, gatherings, and the use of the unit for storage or merchandise are strictly prohibited. Since Mexico City is one of the world's largest cities, some outside noise is expected. Quiet hours are enforced: Sunday-Thursday after 10pm, Friday-Saturday after 12am, and during major holidays after 1am. Violation of these rules may result in penalties, including power outages or eviction with a fine of $1,000.00 MXN. Lost magnetic keys incur a $500.00 MXN fee.
