House Rules: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, gatherings, and the use of the apartment for storage or merchandise are strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside the building but permitted on private terraces or the rooftop. Quiet hours are enforced: Sunday-Thursday after 10pm, Friday-Saturday after 12am, and holidays after 1am. A fee of $500 MXN applies for lost magnetic keys, and a $2,000 MXN fine may be charged for severe rule violations. Garbage must be disposed of in ground-floor containers.
