To maintain a peaceful environment, moderate noise levels are requested by 10 PM (Sunday-Thursday), 12 AM (Friday-Saturday), and 1 AM on major holidays. Violations of these rules may result in penalties, including power outages or fines. Please be aware that due to downtown infrastructure, a drain odor may occur during drought seasons, and outside city noise is to be expected.
