For bookings of 29 days or longer, a separate rental agreement by Presana homes and valid government-issued ID will be required.

Violations will result in immediate eviction - Check in Time - Any time after 4pm - Check out Time - 10am - Wash all kitchen items during your stay and before check out - $60 initial late fee applies for guests that do not check out by 10am and $40/hour thereafter - No confetti, no glitter, or bath bombs -Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Damages and additional charges are nonnegotiable -Trash must be placed in the provided trash receptacle located on side of property -$85 Extended stay (7 or more nights) cleaning fee per week will be charged -Guest(s) assumes responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property. Agreement upon booking to release and indemnify the host from any liability if injured on the property - Minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc -Guests may not have any personal mail, items or packages delivered to the home without express written consent of the Host -Any items left behind will incur a minimum trip fee charge of $25 plus the cost of shipping - Change request or modifications to original reservation will not be accepted if check in date is less than 14 days away. - AC units cannot be turned below 67 degrees as this will cause severe damage and frozen coils in Texas heat. Violation of this will result in a cancelled stay with no refund as well as charges for any damages to the AC unit. - Extension requests made less than 18 hours before check-out will incur a $30 cleaner rescheduling fee; same-day requests automatically include this fee. All guests are required to complete the Pre-Arrival Guest Form prior to check-in. A clear photo of the front of a valid government-issued ID must also be uploaded through the form. This is to confirm compliance with our house rules, including age requirements for the property. Failure to complete this step may result in delayed or denied check-in. Oversized Vehicle & Hookup Policy: Parking of RVs, trailers, or any vehicle larger than a standard-size pickup truck is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the host. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Observe and follow all posted signage in the pool area and inform guest to do the same.
• As a courtesy to all residents and to help maintain the cleanliness of the pool, we kindly ask that all guests rinse off before entering. Please remember the pool is not a substitute for a shower, and sand or oils can cause water quality issues without proper care. FLUSHABLE WIPES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE FLUSHED INSIDE THE HOME. ALL WIPES MUST BE DISCARED IN THE TRASH ONLY. VIOLATION OF THIS THAT RESULTS IN A PLUMBING REPAIR WILL HAVE A FINE OF $500 PLUS THE COSTS OF THE PLUMBING REPAIR. WIPES ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED No parties, events, gathering or outside visitors at the property. Unapproved gatherings, events, or parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund of any sort and/or police enforcement and criminal charges. Tampering with or disabling any property systems or equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes thermostats, WiFi/internet equipment, modems, routers, smart home devices, and all exterior security cameras. Guests may not unplug, cover, disconnect, reset, relocate, or otherwise interfere with these systems at any time. Any tampering or unauthorized modifications may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund if not remedied immediately upon notice.
