For additional guests, a sofa bed is included to provide extra sleeping space. The bedroom area maintains a sense of privacy, as it is thoughtfully divided by a wall from the main living area. Guests can unwind in the inviting living space, which is furnished with comfortable sofas and a kitchen table, creating a welcoming environment for relaxing or dining.

Step outside to enjoy the refreshing outdoor space and the unique views that FirSix has to offer. The property is ideally positioned on the corner of Fir St and Sixth Avenue. Right across the street, you will find Balboa Park, one of San Diego's top destination attractions, featuring gorgeous gardens and amazing museums. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with a CVS just a block away and numerous restaurants and coffee shops within easy reach. For those exploring the city, electric scooters are available around the building, providing a fun way to reach Downtown San Diego, Little Italy, and the museums. Major landmarks including the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Convention Center are all just minutes away by car or a short rideshare. • Parking: Limited garage parking is available for $20/day on a first-come, first-served basis; please request in advance.
• Pets: We are pet-friendly! Please inform us before arrival. A fee of $50 per pet, per day applies. Service animal fees are waived with a certificate provided before arrival.
• Late Check-out: Must be requested in advance. 11:00 AM ($30) or 12:00 PM ($50).
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $250 deep-cleaning fee applies for violations.
• Other Rules: No parties, no loud music after 10:00 PM, and please note there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using stairs.
