Designed for comfort and flexibility, the sleeping arrangements feature one bedroom with a top-of-the-line full-size mattress for a great night's sleep. For extra sleeping space, the full-size bed includes a twin-size trundle that can be pulled out from underneath. Additionally, a futon is available in the living area to accommodate extra guests, allowing the home to comfortably welcome up to 4 guests in total across one bathroom.

This sophisticated space is equipped with a full kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a drip coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster for your morning convenience.

Location is everything at FirSix. Situated on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St, you are perfectly positioned for exploration. Right across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of San Diego's top destination attractions, where you can enjoy amazing museums, gorgeous gardens, local vendors, and artists. Whether you are taking a morning run through the park or visiting a nearby CVS just a block away, everything is within reach. You are within walking distance of diverse restaurants and coffee shops, and just a couple of minutes' walk from the energy of Little Italy and downtown San Diego. The San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and the Convention Center are all just minutes away by car or a short ride share. While a vehicle is ideal for California travel, it is not necessary here given the walkable neighborhood and proximity to the airport.
