While the structured amenities list is minimal, the home is equipped with a comprehensive full kitchen to satisfy all your culinary needs, featuring a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

Situated on the corner of Fir St and Sixth St, the location is truly unbeatable. You are positioned directly across from Balboa Park, one of San Diego's top destination attractions, where you can enjoy morning runs through gorgeous gardens, explore world-class museums, and browse local artists and vendors. A CVS is just a block away, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance.
