Practical Info & Rules: Check same-day check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM via a smart lock code provided at 8:00 AM on your arrival date. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 8:00Builders 00 AM is available for $90.00, subject to availability.

This is a pet-friendly property; well-behaved pets are welcome when included in the reservation for a fee of $10 per pet per night. Please bring your own pet bedding and keep animals on a leash as the property is not fenced. Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited inside the property and will result in a $1000 fine. No parties or events are permitted, and bookings are limited to a maximum of 28 nights. Please note that the section is shared with another rental, "Waikanae Beach Escape"; guests are asked to respect the privacy of neighbors by not crossing the dividing fence. The garage and areas marked "staff only" are not accessible to guests.
