Located within the historic domain of the Manoir du Perroy and the lush greenery of the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande, this haven of peace blends traditional materials like flint and timber framing with modern comfort for an unforgettable stay.

Designed specifically as an ideal getaway for couples, the home features a cozy layout across two levels. The ground floor welcomes you with a warm living room centered around a wood-burning stove and fireplace, complemented by a 55" TV with a soundbar for your entertainment, alongside a separate fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom featuring a comfortable 160 x 200 king size bed with views overlooking the stream. Please note that both the bedroom and the shower/WC room are accessed via a steep miller ladder, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. These two upstairs rooms do not communicate directly.

Outside, you can immerse yourself in the tranquility of a one-hectare landscaped park, featuring a beautiful flower garden and the soothing sounds of the stream at the foot of the cottage. The outdoor space is equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ for relaxing afternoons, while horses grazing in the background add to the pastoral ambiance. Private parking is available on-site, including a shared electric charging station.

Practical details for your visit include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you on your escape. For added convenience, breakfast is available for €9 per person per day, and dinner delivery via partners is available most evenings (except Sunday and Monday). Guests may also request an invoice with recoverable VAT, with payment handled during the stay. Please be aware that another cottage, the Stone House, is located approximately 100 meters away.
