Important Security Policies: A 100 GBP security deposit is required two days before arrival via Charge Automation; the lockbox code will be released once this pre-authorization is received. Additionally, a noise measuring device is installed for insurance purposes to detect noise levels (which must not exceed 80 dB), cigarettes, and e-vaping. This device does not record voices. Failure to adhere to noise and smoking rules may result in warnings, security intervention (with a £150 disturbance charge), and the automatic capture of the security deposit.
