The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The ground floor features a warm living room anchored by a cozy fireplace, complete with a 65" TV and soundbar for your entertainment. This level also includes a dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with a WC. Upstairs, accessed via a steep staircase, you will find two connecting rooms separated by a wardrobe. These sleeping quarters provide a comfortable configuration with one king-size bed and two single beds, along with an additional WC and hand washing station.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, as the house is located in the center of a landscaped garden with two terraces. One south-exposed terrace allows guests to soak up the sun and enjoy views of the greenery throughout the day. For those seeking activity, the yard and covered terrace are equipped with a table-tennis table and baby-foot, making it an ideal space for family fun regardless of the weather. Guests also have access to a private garden with a wooden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for alfresco dining.

Practicalities are well-covered with private parking that includes an electric vehicle charging station. To ensure a seamless stay, high-speed WiFi, all bed linens, and towels are provided. Please note that the interior staircase is quite steep and may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
