This spacious sanctuary features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 3 king beds and a queen sofa sleeper. The Great Heron main bedroom offers calming coastal décor, a king bed with silky soft sheets, and direct balcony access. The Blue Skies bedroom features a king bed with luxury linens and a coastal blue color scheme, while the Sea Glass guest bedroom provides a third king bed with high thread count linens.

Designed for relaxation, the 1,547 square feet of living space includes an expansive open floor plan great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and an ultra private beachfront balcony. The Gulf-front dining area seats six at the table and four at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, drip and Keurig coffee machines, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer.

Located within the Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, guests have access to an incredible array of on-site experiences:

Summer visitors can enjoy beach bonfires, steel drums, and Polynesian fire dancers. Please note that the minimum age to book this property is 25. Parking passes must be purchased online in advance from the resort and are required for all vehicles; guests must also wear wristbands while on property. Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.
