• No pets and no smoking allowed on the property
• Shoes must be removed inside the house
• Food and drink are restricted to the main floor (water allowed in rooms)
• No parties or candles permitted
• Property is not suitable for children under 5 years old unless renting the full house
• A refundable security deposit hold of $250.00 CAD is required
• A signed rental agreement must be completed prior to final confirmation
