The third bedroom is a bright, sunny space located downstairs, accompanied by a separate 3-piece bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. For added convenience and comfort, every bedroom is appointed with its own smart TV, a workstation with a chair, hair dryer, and comfy bathrobes.

Shared living spaces on the main floor include a spacious living room and a separate dining room with seating for six. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs until 12:30 PM may be authorized for an additional $75.00 fee if requested in advance; otherwise, check-outs after 11:00 AM incur a full day fee. A refundable security deposit hold of $250.00 CAD is required.

House rules are strictly enforced to maintain the quality of the home: pets and smoking are prohibited on the property, and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please remove shoes upon entry and keep all food and drinks on the main floor (water is permitted in bedrooms). The property is not suitable for children under 5 years old unless the entire house is rented. All guests must complete and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of confirmation.
