Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, with a full-size sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional flexibility. The two full hall bathrooms are well-equipped, featuring one bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a second bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanities.

While the home is designed for relaxation, the interior is packed with entertainment and convenience. Guests can enjoy a piano, board games, and a streaming TV equipped with Apple TV and YouTube Live. The heart of the home is the kitchen, which is fully outfitted with essential appliances, including a Keurig with provided coffee, a toaster, a crockpot, and a wine fridge. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available exclusively for guest use.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed and the minimum age to book this property is 21. In accordance with City Ordinance, quiet time is strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Violations of quiet time will result in fines, starting at $250 for the first offense and $500 for the second. Any police dispatch will result in a $500 fine regardless of whether a citation is issued. Additionally, guests are responsible for supervising children near the hot tub at all times as the area is not fully enclosed.
