To ensure a secure and high-quality stay, we implement a custom door code for keyless entry and require all guests to complete a verification process, including a signed liability agreement. Please note that these homes are not a venue for parties, weddings, or events, and we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. For longer stays, a refundable security deposit is required: $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months. We typically do not host local residents and reserve the right to decline bookings based on the purpose of the stay.
