Guest Responsibilities & Rules: Strict adherence to the departure checklist is required to avoid fees. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM; late departures incur a $50.00 charge, and stays exceeding two hours past check-out will be charged the daily room rate. Guests are asked to return furniture to original locations, turn off all lights and TVs, remove all food from the refrigerator and pantry, and set the A/C to 74 (Auto). All trash must be taken to outside bins or the trash chute. Please place dirty sheets and towels in a pile on the bedroom floor. Failure to meet check-out requirements may result in a non-compliance charge of at least $100.00. Please return any unused parking passes to the kitchen counter.
