This combined listing provides a spacious arrangement with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests. Each cabin features a bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, while the living areas include sofas that fold out into queen beds for additional sleeping capacity. The Otter Box Cabin is designed with accessibility in mind, offering 32” interior doors and wide floor space in the bedrooms and living area.

Inside, you will find unique wood ceilings upcycled from hurricane-weathered planks from the Alabama coast. Each cabin is equipped with a gas log fireplace, a 55" smart television, and a full kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. For added convenience, each unit includes its own full laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the experience. Guests can enjoy beautiful treehouse views from the covered porches or relax by the river rock fire pits. Each cabin has its own charcoal/wood-burning campground-style BBQ grill. The property is a nature lover's paradise where wildlife is frequently spotted, and the backyard borders DeSoto State Park, putting beautiful hiking trails within walking distance.

Located in the heart of nature, you are less than 500 feet from DeSoto State Park and within short driving distance of DeSoto Falls, The Citadel Boulders Preserve, and Little River Canyon National Preserve. For a change of pace, explore the shops and restaurants in nearby Mentone or visit the unique Unclaimed Baggage in Scottsboro.

• Pets: Dog-friendly (small to medium dogs only, 2 max per cabin) with a $69 fee per dog; dogs must be leashed.
• Rules: No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Parking: Maximum of 4 cars total.
• Requirements: A $500 security deposit hold is required, and guests must e-sign a rental agreement and upload a photo ID prior to arrival.
