Situated within the sprawling 92-acre, heavily-wooded Woodland Retreat at DeSoto, this home offers a tranquil sanctuary where guests can renew, refresh, and be restored amidst natural beauty.

Designed for large gatherings and comfort, the home features 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels. The main level hosts the primary suite, known as the "Haven of Tranquility," featuring a king-sized bed and enchanting sunset views. Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, including "Deerly Beloved" and "Bearly Heaven," both featuring king beds. The upper level includes the "Take A Hike" room with a twin bunk over a full bed, the "Don't Wake the Bear" room with a queen bed and twin bunks, and the "Twin Burrow Loft" which sleeps up to six guests with two queen beds and a full futon.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Small to medium dogs allowed (max 2) with a $99 fee per dog; must be leashed
• Rules: No smoking anywhere on the property; no shoes inside (remove in sunroom)
• Quiet hours are observed from 8pm to 8am
• Requirements: Signed rental agreement, photo ID, and a $500 security deposit hold
• Parking: Circle driveway accommodates up to 8 vehicles
• Note: Exterior security cameras are present. The Crest View Venue is not included in this rental.
