Originally built in 1903 and totally renovated to blend modern amenities with a rustic ambiance, this estate offers a one-of-a-kind experience for those seeking both social gathering spaces and secluded retreats.

The property is comprised of three separate units designed for maximum privacy and comfort. The main carriage house features four bedrooms, including three Primary Suites, and an attached three-story tower that served as the farm’s original water tower. Inside, the living room is anchored by an impressive two-story sandstone fireplace fashioned around the original blacksmith's furnace, while the kitchen is fully stocked with professional appliances. For additional guests, the detached Pool Cottage and Garden Studio Cottage each provide a King bed, pull-out sofa, full bathrooms, and kitchen amenities. In total, the estate offers 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

The real show is outside, where four acres of lush gardens and mature landscaping are secured by two auto gates for total privacy. The outdoor oasis includes a large pool with a lap lane and Baja shelf, a built-in 10-person spa, and two barrel saunas (one dry and one steam). Guests can enjoy a deluxe alfresco kitchen, fire pits, and a 50" outdoor flat screen TV. For recreation, the grounds feature an in-ground trampoline, bocce ball, badminton, darts, ping-pong, swings, play structures, and various yard games. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the organic vegetable and herb gardens, berry vines, and citrus trees.

Located within short walking distance to Hammond’s Beach and the boutiques and restaurants of Coast Village Road, the location is ideal for exploring the best of Montecito.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• House Rules: No smoking on property; no party rentals or hosted events; quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM.
• Requirements: An eSigned short-term rental agreement is required within 2 days of booking. The minimum age for the primary reservation holder is 40 years.
• Cleaning: Daily housekeeping is included. For stays of 6 nights or fewer, a departure clean and one turn-down cleaning are provided. For stays of 7+ nights, a departure clean and one full cleaning are included.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior owner approval, a signed Pet Addendum, and a non-refundable fee (1 Pet: $850 plus tax | 2 Pets: $1,275 plus tax).
