For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sofa bed and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.

While the property is designed for a seamless stay, please note that general amenities are limited to those provided by the building and the unit's interior features. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

• Policies: This is a residential building; please keep noise to a minimum. Smoking and unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and subject to a $300 fine.
• HVAC: Centrally managed. Heating runs October 13 – May 1; Air Conditioning runs May 15 – October 1.
• Important Notes: Basic personal care and cooking essentials are provided for the first night. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
• Deliveries: Packages are not accepted at the property.
