On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with 1 king bed and an attached private bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a third bedroom with 1 king bed. The second floor houses the fourth and fifth bedrooms, each featuring 2 queen beds, along with a full bathroom and a cozy small seating area.

The interior boasts an open floor plan and a bright, airy, fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island for casual dining. For added convenience, every bedroom and the living room are equipped with flat-screen TVs. A private elevator provides easy access from the ground floor to the first level.

The outdoor experience is truly extraordinary. The oversized lot includes a professionally landscaped yard with a fenced-in area and a private pool surrounded by comfortable seating. Enjoy the outdoor living and dining space, complete with string lights and a TV, or rinse off in the outdoor shower. Located in the desirable Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, this home puts you close to the best of the coast. Guests staying 27 nights or less also enjoy complimentary daily activities through Xplorie, providing access to golfing, water parks, and dinner shows.

Practical details include check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. It is pet-friendly for dogs only (no breed or weight restrictions) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. On-site parking is available for at least 6 vehicles, including motorcycles, trailers, boats, RVs, and golf carts, though parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Please note there is a 25-year age requirement for all guests in non-family groups at the time of check-in.
