Designed for large groups, this sprawling retreat consists of three cabins providing a total of 12 bedrooms and 12 beds across 10 bathrooms. The combined space is an inviting haven for up to 16 guests, though the properties are capable of accommodating larger groups for overnight stays as detailed in the house rules.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the cabins are packed with unique features for your enjoyment:

• 10-foot circular slide
• Two pool tables, air hockey, Golden Tee, and arcade games
• Poker table located in Cabin 2

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary guest must be 21+ years old
• Guest Verification: Screening must be completed within 48 hours of booking; a signed Rental Agreement, government ID, and matching credit card are required prior to check-in.
• Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $125 per cabin (maximum 2 dogs per cabin).
• Event Policies: Events are allowed for up to 50 people and must end by 11 PM. A $1,000 event fee and a $1,000 security fee are required.
