This expansive estate is designed for large groups, featuring 12 bedrooms, 12 beds, and 10 bathrooms. With a total guest capacity of 16 according to official records, though the space is designed to accommodate up to 33 guests overnight, your group will find ample room to unwind in complete comfort.

• Ski-in/ski-out access at Hatley Pointe Mountain Resort (tickets must be purchased in advance)

Strategically positioned just 30 minutes away from the vibrant city of Asheville, these cabins provide the perfect balance between the tranquility of mountain living and city adventures. With only three cabins on the road, you will relish the privacy and seclusion, while stunning mountain views serve as a constant companion throughout your stay.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be over 21 years old
• Pets: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $125 per cabin (maximum 2 dogs per cabin)
• Events: Allowed for up to 50 people with a $1,000 event fee and a $1,000 security fee. All events must conclude by 11 PM.
• Guest Verification: Primary guests must complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking. A signed Rental Agreement, government-issued ID, and matching credit card are required prior to check-in.
• Damage Waiver: A non-refundable damage waiver (between $55 and $60) is required to cover accidental damage reported before check-out.
