Designed for large groups, the home features 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, with 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The first floor is dedicated to relaxation and gathering, featuring a living room with a sofa set, Smart TV, and ceiling fan, alongside a dining room with an 8-seater table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Sleeping arrangements on the main floor include a bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (double and single).

The second floor continues the spacious layout with a bedroom featuring a king size bed, another with a bunk bed (double and single), and a fifth bedroom containing 2 queen beds. Most bedrooms are equipped with their own Smart TVs and cooling options including ceiling fans and air-conditioning units.

Outside, you can enjoy a private backyard complete with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating, making it a wonderful spot for memorable outdoor gatherings.

Located centrally in Louisville, Kentucky, you are just minutes away from top attractions. The University of Louisville is a 5-minute drive, while Churchill Downs, the KFC Yum! Center, and downtown Louisville are all within 7 to 9 minutes.
