Important Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be advised of the following:

• Building Maintenance: Effective 3/26/2025, all balconies are closed until further notice for safety. Extensive building work (including roof, guardrails, and parking structure repairs) will continue through most of 2026. Work may be noisy, and the pool may close intermittently for safety. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.
• Vehicle Restrictions: No motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are allowed onsite. Alternative free parking is available at the local rental office.
• House Rules: No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
• Age Requirement: There is a 25-year age requirement for all non-family groups at the time of check-in.
