• Parking: Only 1 parking spot per unit. No motorcycles, boats, RVs, golf carts, or trailers are allowed onsite. Free parking is available at the local rental office for these vehicle types or for additional cars.
• Access: Please note there is no elevator; this is a 2nd-floor unit.
• Policies: No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.
• Age Requirement: There is a 25-year age requirement. For all non-family groups, every guest must meet this requirement at the time of check-in.
