• Access: Please note there is no elevator; this is a 2nd-floor unit.
• Restrictions: No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed.
• Age Requirement: A 25-year age requirement applies to all non-family groups; everyone must meet this requirement at the time of check-in.
