For those traveling with very large groups, extended families can be accommodated by renting this bottom unit in conjunction with the Barnett House TOP unit, a 7-bedroom residence.

guests will enjoy a refreshed interior, featuring new flooring installed in 2022 and updated bedroom decor and a new washing machine arriving in Spring 2025. To ensure a restful stay, new mattresses were installed in 2023. The home provides all the comforts of a private residence, including a fully equipped kitchen, four TVs, and dedicated heat/AC units in every room to keep you comfortable year-round.

Located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, you are just minutes away from local favorites such as Hamburger Joe's, Barefoot Landing, and Hawaiian Village Golf. Additionally, short-term stays of 27 nights or less include complimentary access to Xplorie, offering over $250 per day in activities like golfing, water parks, and dinner shows.

• Parking: Maximum of 2 parking spaces onsite. Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are permitted. Boats and RVs are strictly prohibited onsite, though free parking is available at the local rental office.
• Pets: Welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited.
• Age Requirement: Minimum age to book is 25. For non-family groups, every guest must meet the 25-year age requirement at the time of check-in.
