Designed with a reverse floor-plan to maximize incredible views, the home features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The first level houses four guest bedrooms: two with King beds, one with a Queen bed, and a unique room with built-in twin-sized bunk beds. Each of these rooms includes a private bathroom and television. This level also serves as an entertainment hub, featuring a billiards table, a comfortable sofa, and a laundry area.

The second floor is the heart of the home, boasting a gorgeous, contemporary chef's kitchen with stylish cabinetry, a gas range, a farmhouse sink, and an expansive central island. The open living area includes an over-sized sectional sofa and a dining area that seats 10. For ultimate relaxation, the second-floor patio brings the indoors out with an outdoor kitchen, an eight-person dining table, and a comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy the salty ocean breezes. A fifth bedroom with a King bed and private bathroom is also located on this level.

The third floor is dedicated to the master suite, featuring a King bed, a private balcony with amazing ocean views, and a lavish bathroom with double vanities, custom marble floors, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Outside, the estate is a vacationer's dream with a custom-designed private pool, a spacious deck with cable railing, and a covered porch with a custom-built swing bed. Guests can practice their game on the backyard putting green or take a short stroll down the semi-private boardwalk to reach ten miles of pristine sandy shoreline.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property; pets are not allowed. Please note that beach gear and bikes are not provided. Minimum rental age is 25. Trailers, boats, RVs, and outside golf carts are prohibited. No parties, events, or fireworks are allowed. Guests must observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please be advised that this property does not provide access to the Kiawah Island Resort pools or fitness center. Pool heating is available for an additional fee ($175/day, 3-day minimum).
