• Parking: Two parking passes are included. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, and buses are prohibited on the property.
• Policies: No pets and no smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and a person 25 or older must remain on-site for the duration of the stay.
• Important Notice: A Breezeway deck restoration project is scheduled from October 12, 2026, through November 2026. This will cause loud grinding, dusty conditions, and disruptions. Please note the building will be entirely closed from November 9 through November 22, 2026.
