Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. No unregistered guests allowed. Free street parking is available. Please turn off the ACs when you go out. Turn off any electronics when you go out. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Check-in is at 4 pm. You will receive a key code 24 hours before check-in. Check out is 10 am. Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. Please take care of the furnishings and refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit. Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Please leave used towels in the bathroom. Please do your dishes. Please do not use glassware outdoors. Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the area. Please take all trash bags out before you leave and put them inside the green cans on the sidewalk. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please do not take anything home with you that does not belong to you. You will be charged a replacement fee. IMPORTANT - Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 10 pm - 7 am. Please refrain from making excessive noise at all times. A noise monitoring system is installed on the exterior of the property. Repeated offenses will subject Guest to a non-refundable immediate cancellation of their reservation. Noise Complaint Policy – Please be aware that the first noise complaint will result in a warning. Any complaints that come after the initial warning will subject you to a $550 fine and risk a non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed in the units or on the property. $250 fine / additional cleaning fee will apply.
