Sleeping Arrangements This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary master bedroom includes a King bed, fireplace, TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a soaker bath tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a King bed (which can be converted into two twins if needed) and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom provides a Queen bed. For additional sleeping capacity, there is a pull-out sofa bed (linen provided, though not pre-made).

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with a $250 fine for disturbances. There is a zero-smoking tolerance (including vaping and cannabis) inside the property or on the balcony; violations result in a $250 penalty. Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit for a fee. Please note that the pool and hot tub are scheduled for maintenance on April 20, 21, and 23, 2026. Pack 'n Plays and booster seats are available upon request.
