Designed for two adults, the studio features 1 bedroom with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 bathroom. The interior is centered around an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, illuminated by natural light streaming through elegant french doors. The living space includes comfortable seating and a smart TV with live TV access. The kitchen is a pristine all-white space boasting gorgeous countertops, open shelving, and a full suite of appliances including a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For your morning routine, a traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig are available. The sleeping area offers a comfortable mattress and pillows, complemented by an ocean-view seating area by the south-facing window and ample clothing storage in the closet and cabinetry. The bathroom features white tiled flooring and a step-in bath shower tub combo.

Step outside to your private second-floor south-facing deck, featuring seating for two under an awning where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the Pacific nightly. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor courtyard with a water fountain, seating for 14, a gas grill, and a hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Located along Carlsbad Boulevard, the property is famous for its great walkability. You are walking distance to the Village's shopping options and excellent restaurants such as Park 101 and Vigilucci's. The area is known for a good beach break surf right out front and fun tidal pools in the Terramar area for exploration at low tide. Nearby attractions include Legoland (3 miles) and the Oceanside Pier (5 miles).

• Note: The city is rebuilding the beach stairs across the street. There is no construction during summer; work resumes Fall 2026 through Spring 2027. The nearest beach access is three blocks south off Tamarack Avenue.
