The layout includes a main suite with a custom-made super King-sized adjustable bed and a lavish en-suite bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a stand-alone bathtub specially fabricated in Bali. The second and third bedrooms both feature King-sized beds with comfortable mattresses and their own attached en-suite bathrooms. The second bedroom also includes a built-in custom closet.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living area with high ceilings and huge sliding doors that bring the outside in. This space features an amazing sofa, a gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and a SONOS sound system. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, including a five-ring Italian gas stove with two ovens, a wine and beer fridge, a Vitamix blender, and Nespresso with a milk frother. A custom island with a live edge counter provides bar seating for four, while the dining area boasts a live edge table with seating for eight.
