This over 3,000 square foot retreat is an ideal place for a family beach vacation or a few couples seeking the perfect beach getaway, where you can fully enjoy the outdoor California lifestyle.

This stunning two-story residence is designed for comfort and togetherness, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 5 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 12. Three of the bedrooms are ocean facing, allowing guests to wake up to serene views. The Master Suite offers a king sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed step-in shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen sized beds and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. A fourth bedroom provides four twin sized beds with its own en-suite, while the fifth bedroom on the first floor features a queen sized bed and a private en-suite.

Inside, the home boasts multiple living spaces, including a glass enclosed sunroom and a living room with ocean views, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel high-end appliances, a kitchen island, and a dining area that seats eight.

Outdoor living is a highlight at Villa Jules, featuring:

Please note there is a rock sea wall in front of the home; the nearest public swimming beach is a two-mile walk north near the pier. For climate control, the home utilizes portable AC units in upstairs bedrooms and tower fans in the living room and downstairs bedroom.

• Pets: Dogs permitted with a $150 non-refundable fee
