This home is self-catering. (That means that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay.)

Hand liquid soap Dish liquid detergent Dishwasher pods 2 2 trash kitchen tall bags plus the one in the bin Microfiber cloth Dish Sponge _Do not toss or take any bottle at the end of your stay as all of them are refilled and belong to the unit _

Unit Inventory At least one Hair dryer is available at the apartment Kitchen utensils pots and pans are provided

Laundry Guest must buy its on HE liquid detergent at the mini market

*Towels and Linens are provided * Please make sure all pool towels are returned to the unit before check out there is a surcharge fee of 25 dollars per towel missing.

WIFI and TV cable Most of our units offer cable but we know guests love streaming Apps So Watch tv as you were home We've provided smart TVs for streaming your favorite movies or series with your own apps login (don’t worry if you forget to logged out we will do it for you at check out) .

-We have a front desk staff who could arrange: keep your luggage if you arrive earlier than the checking time They can help you with tours, excursions and or getting you a taxi transportation or car rentals.

We have a mini market on site For all you may need on the run or for a not so large grocery shopping without going out of the resort. for a larger shopping list, You can go to Chedraui Velamar or Walmart Velamar on Petempich AVENUE which is only 5 minutes away.

Cleanings the only cleanings that are included with your reservation payment are the one before arrival and the departure one . Intra-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee./ with a cost we have basic ones ( no changes for linens and/or towels ) or full cleaning ones which include linens and towels . Mandatory Intra-stay Cleanings Long stays (7 nights+) must include at least one mid-stay cleaning. Contact the host for pricing.

2. using the premises for an unlawful purpose or act

We have two restaurants, both have room service one is a beach restaurant bar is open breakfast and lunch The other one is located by the pool and serves lunch and dinner .

Airport Best airport to get here is Cancun is only 45 to 1 hour drive (depending on traffic)

transportation from and to the airport : We work with an external company for airport transportation shuttles back and forth they run from 80 one way to 160 round trip is a private van for you and your party.
