Designed for rest and relaxation, the cabin features a unique open-concept layout. The upstairs sleeping area contains one bedroom with a king bed and a full bed, characterized by open space and natural wood. This level also includes a bathroom featuring a jet tub, while the shower is uniquely tucked away in the surrounding trees. Downstairs, you will find a small kitchen and a comfortable couch perfect for a midday nap, with natural light moving across the floor throughout the day.

Outdoor living is where the magic happens. You can spend your mornings with coffee as the fog lifts, or enjoy the sun warming the porch boards at noon. Evenings are spent however you choose: relaxing in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, or simply listening to the lazy creek that flows behind the property. Whether you are hearing the wind hit the porch swing or listening for the frogs at night, the atmosphere is one of complete tranquility.

Located in Kodak, the property provides a convenient middle ground for exploration. You are only a few minutes away from Bass Pro Shops and Smokies Stadium. With I-40 nearby, you have easy access to Knoxville and Sevierville, with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just a bit further. A car is recommended for guests, as major attractions and shopping are within a 20–40 minute drive.

Important Policies: To keep expenses low, there is no cleaning charge; guests are asked to tidy up before checkout. In lieu of a security deposit, a $45 insurance policy is required. Guests must provide an email, billing address, and e-sign an agreement after booking. A one-time $50 admin charge and processing fee apply. The cancellation policy is strict: a 50% refund is available for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. Within the 30-day window, only re-booked nights are refundable.
