To conserve energy, guests are encouraged to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the condo.

Strict house rules apply: parties, gatherings, and visitors are prohibited. Smoking and drug use are strictly forbidden in all areas. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Please be aware that substantial remodeling work (such as jackhammering) may occur in the complex from May 1st to July 1st and August 16th to October 31st between 10 AM and 4 PM. Any breach of house rules may result in fines or eviction without refund.
