About Property

Discover your stylish home away from home at the new Avida building in Puerto Vallarta, where thoughtful additions and classy finishes create the perfect base for exploring the wonderful beaches, food, shopping, and nightlife of the city. This sophisticated suite is designed to impress, featuring white marble floors and excellent finishes throughout.

The residence is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Both bedrooms are king appointed, providing ample space to relax and unwind; one features an ensuite bathroom while the second utilizes a shared guest bathroom. The layout is defined by an open-concept living and dining space that flows seamlessly onto a private balcony overlooking the vibrant Zona Romantica. High ceilings and oversized windows flood the interior with natural light, while the large, fully stocked kitchen—with dining for six—allows you to prepare your own meals or hire a private chef to cook ensuite.

While the unit itself is a sanctuary, guests enjoy access to a destination-like array of building facilities:

• Rooftop amenities including an infinity pool with hot tub, a hammock oasis, fire pit, lounge areas, and a self-service rooftop bar
• Rooftop barbeque and dining area
• State-of-the-art 2-story gym with a CrossFit section (Open 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM; personal towels required)
