The layout is centered around a sunny, modern open-concept living area equipped with a 55-inch smart TV and a dining area that comfortably seats four. The kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinetry. For added convenience, a dedicated closet area houses a full-size stackable washer and dryer, while high-speed internet is available throughout the home.

Sleeping arrangements include a sumptuous king-size bed in the primary bedroom, accented by designer pendant lights and warm colors. The bedroom features a large closet and dresser for ample storage. The ensuite bathroom is a highlight, offering dual sinks and an oversized shower with a rain tree shower head and a built-in bench. A second full bathroom, also featuring an oversized shower with a bench and rain tree shower head, is conveniently accessed from the living area. For extra flexibility, the living room includes a pull-down Murphy bed with a luxury memory foam mattress.

Guests enjoy access to a destination-style array of building amenities, including a stunning rooftop with sun loungers, a hot tub, fire pits, and a relaxing hammock area. The rooftop also features an infinity semi-olympic lap pool and a grill and bar area. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art two-story gym, which includes a CrossFit section (access requires registration at reception; hours are 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM). Additional building features include reading rooms, public TV rooms, and lounges.

Located in the vibrant Romantic Zone, this LEED-certified building is a strictly smoke-free environment; smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and on the roof terrace. Please note that the building is currently constructing a ground-level food court, which may result in some construction noise during business hours. The pool deck closes every Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM for deep cleaning. Additionally, the pool is closed from July 8th to 16th annually, and maintenance is scheduled for June 1st to August 16th, 2026.

Practical details include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. This property does not allow pets. All guests and visitors must wear a required identification bracelet. Visitors (up to 2) must register at the front desk with a picture ID and leave by midnight. A 300 pesos fee is charged per use of the recreational grill. The minimum age to book this property is 21.
