This well laid out 932 sq ft unit features a sophisticated interior with stunning white marble floors, natural wood cabinetry, and Parota wood pieces. The designer furnishings offer clean lines and bright artistic contrasts throughout the space. The layout includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a Sealy Pillowtop King Bed, a 55" Sony TV, ample closet space, and a private ensuite washroom. For additional guests, the comfortable living room includes a queen-sized murphy bed that pulls out from the wall, paired with a Smart 65" Sony TV equipped with Netflix, Prime, and various news apps. The second guest bathroom is equally impressive, boasting dual sinks, a rainfall shower head, and a full closet with a personal safe.

While the unit itself is a destination, the Avida building offers an array of incredible facilities:

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Strictly smoke-free building (including terraces and balconies) due to LEED certification
• No pets allowed
• Minimum booking age: 23
• Mandatory wristbands must be worn by all guests and visitors for security
• Visitor Policy: Up to 2 visitors per guest are allowed; they must register with an official ID, cannot register after 10:00 PM, and must depart by midnight
• Grill Usage: A fee of $300 MXN applies per use for cleaning and maintenance
• Important Notice: The rooftop pool and jacuzzi will be closed for maintenance from July 8 to 16, 2026. Additionally, a food court is currently under construction on the ground floor, which may result in occasional noise during business hours.
