The sleeping area features a King Bed, while the living area includes a super comfy queen-sized murphy bed that can be deployed if needed. The bathroom is well-equipped with a rainfall shower head, dual sinks, and a full closet containing a personal safe.

Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the suite features a fully appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and full-sized home appliances. For entertainment, the living room boasts a Smart 55" TV with Netflix and Prime. Professionals will appreciate the well-designed drop-down desk and high-speed Telmex Wifi fibre optic service, complemented by a VPN that provides a US IP for working from home.

• Smoking: Strictly prohibited throughout the building, including terraces and balconies, per Jalisco state law and LEED certification
• Visitors: Maximum of 2 visitors allowed; must register with official ID at the front desk. Visitors must arrive before 10 PM and depart by midnight.
• Requirements: All renters and visitors must wear a mandatory identification bracelet throughout their stay. Minimum booking age is 21.
• Maintenance: The pool deck closes every Wednesday from 8 AM to 3 PM for deep cleaning. Please note the pool and jacuzzi are closed for maintenance from June 1st to August 16th, 2026. Some construction noise may be present due to a new ground-level food court.
