The penthouse layout includes one bedroom with one bed and one bathroom, perfectly suited for up to two guests. The highlight of the home is the private rooftop patio featuring a plunge pool and an in-pool dining area. As you listen to the sound of the rooftop fountain, you will find that the views to the ocean to the west and the surrounding mountains will take your breath away. The private terrace pool is heated from November to March for the chilly winter months, while the direct summer sun keeps it at a comfortable, refreshing temperature.

Inside, the studio is equipped with a well stocked kitchen, ideal for nights in trying local recipes or hiring a private chef to cook for you while you watch the sunset.

Located in the incredible, vibrant neighborhood of Alta Vista, guests will experience a wonderful mix of historic and new developments. Markets and shops are just a few minutes' walk away, and the famous Basilio Badillo is only a 5-minute walk, providing easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Being in a local neighborhood, guests can enjoy the thrills of living like a local, which may include the sound of roosters in the mornings and dogs barking.

• Access: There is no elevator; guests must use 5 flights of stairs to reach the penthouse.
• Security: The building is very secure with several entry gates; a concierge will provide physical keys upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: Maintenance visits every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 11 AM and 12 PM.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the home, building, terraces, and balconies per State of Jalisco law and HOA rules; fines apply for violations.
• Guest Requirements: Minimum age to book is 23.
• Linen Care: Please avoid contact with makeup, hair dye, or sunscreen on linens and towels to avoid additional stain charges.
• Refund Policy: Any refunds issued will be minus credit card or payment processing fees.
