For those working remotely, the home is fully equipped with 1 gigabit Internet and two dedicated office spaces. Inside, you will find high-end features such as a gourmet kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, and a fun-filled game room featuring billiards, table tennis, shuffleboard, and dozens of classic video games. Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age to book this property is 25. Pets are allowed, although applicable fees apply. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, with a $1,000 penalty for violations. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels, as linens are provided but beach towels are not. Daily maid service is not available. To ensure proper laundry coverage, please provide an accurate guest count; an additional guest fee of $50 per person will be auto-charged if guests are not listed correctly.
