The second bedroom provides ample space with 2 Double beds and easy access to the hall bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, and all bedrooms include flat screen TVs for your entertainment.

Experience a home filled with fantastic upgrades, including granite countertops and new hard flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a Keurig style K-Cup coffee maker, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick snack to a full meal. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located directly in the unit.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note this unit is located on the second floor with no elevator access. The minimum renter age is 25, and a guest 25 or older must reside on the property throughout the stay. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Per HOA rules, motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are prohibited. Two parking passes are provided. Guests must choose between a $39 damage waiver or a refundable $700 security deposit. The credit card used for booking must match the name on the reservation and photo ID.
