There is a 3-night minimum stay and a minimum renter age of 25. This is a non-smoking, no-pet property (including therapy pets). Per HOA rules, motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are prohibited. Guests must choose between a $39 damage waiver or a refundable $700 security deposit. Be advised that the unit is currently for sale and brief showings may occur with advance notice. Scheduled building improvements begin in September 2026, which may cause intermittent daytime noise.
