The second floor offers a luxurious king master suite with Gulf views, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, along with two additional king bedrooms and a dedicated bunk room containing two twin-over-twin bunks. Guests can enjoy the furnished balcony with sweeping Gulf views or relax in the open living spaces.

• Minimum booking age: 25+ (HOA Rule; ID and rental agreement required)
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 45 lbs each) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee + tax. Dogs must be crate trained and crated when left unattended.
• Occupancy: Maximum 12 guests. Specific occupancy ratios and curfew ordinances apply during Spring Break (March and April).
